I have it on while I'm working in my studio and it's really informative, funny and interesting.
Since I've been starting to make jewelry, I have been really inspired by architects who make jewelry. I'll write more about this later but a good place to start is Memphis Design of course which brings us to Italian designers. Check out this documentary on about Lella & Massimo Vignelli, one of the most recognizable designers from Italy. The jewelry is breathtaking, their furniture is impressive both in material and impression. Even their design for Saint Peters Church in NYC is beyond anything I can imagine. Although designed in the 1970's it stands as a testament to their timeless aesthetic and forward thinking. I would highly recommend this documentary.

Here are some necklaces I've made for the launch of mishagill.com. I'm working with sourced metal findings and also starting to experiment with leather. I'm really inspired by Memphis Group (less colorful though) and the master Sottsass as well as S&M elements. I'm hoping to take a metal working class in the coming year so I can really try to design something from scratch.

Here is my inspiration for halloween this year. It's been a while since I've constructed an entire outfit from scratch. My materials will be: silver + black tinsel/black pleather/ tassels/ satin/ glitter
I will be the starts and my best friend will be the moon.
Check out the video that inspired me:
